What this can see
Whether your device claims to be online, whether packets leave it, how long round trips take, and what the name resolves to from a public resolver.
What it cannot see
Your router, your DNS server address, packet loss, or what your ISP is doing. If a row says "unknown", that is the honest answer, not a pass. A blue row is a fact about the outside world, not about your machine.
